DALLAS, TX - March 1, 2005  -- Mega Gulf Coast Lines, Inc. has leased 183,331 square feet from Heller Industrial Parks.  The location is at 830 SW 14th Street in Grand Prairie.  Gulf Coast will use the location as a distribution center and warehouse.  Chris Delzell of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  John Brewer and Pete Richardson of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.
