Investment Group Purchases 24.5 acres of Land

DALLAS, TX - March 2, 2005  -- An investment group purchased by Ben Pinnell has purchased 24.5 acres of land from DLA Partners, Ltd.  The land is located at Dobbs Road and I-35 in Corinth, Denton County.  Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.
