33,000 sf Industrial Building Purchased for Investment

DALLAS, TX - March 29, 2005  -- Vivit Lervisit has purchased a 33,000 square foot industrial building located at 2263 Valdina Street at the intersection of I-35 and Wycliff.  The building was purchased for investment purposes from Alvin and Judith Goodstein.  Greg Woodring and Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.  Bates and Myers Co. represented the buyer.
