Salon Source Leases 3,600 sf

DALLAS, TX - March 29, 2005  -- Salon Source leased 3,500 square feet of space at Pepper Square Shopping Center.  Salon Source is a wholesale beauty supply store.  The landlord is Prestonwood Market Square, Ltd.  The center is located at the southeast corner of Preston and Beltline.  Dan Shoevlin and Henry S. Miller, IV of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.  Lynn Dowdle of Staubach Retail Services represented the tenant.
