Developer Purchases 197 Acres for Retail/Residential Development

DALLAS, TX - April 14, 2005  -- Allegiance Acquisitions, LP has purchased 197 acres total at the intersection of U.S. 380 and FM 720.  Future plans for the site include 60 acres of retail and 137 acres of residential.  The seller was Jeani Hill Gossett.  Joe Meredith of Henry S. Miller Commercial negotiated the deal.
