Reppas Properties Purchases 13,500 sf Building

DALLAS, TX - May 13, 2005  -- Reppas Properties has purchased a 13,500 square foot building from JW Properties located at 10502 E. Northwest Highway in Dallas.  The tenant at this location is Cash America.  Greg Woodring and Mark Hajdu of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.  Meara Co. represented the seller.
