DALLAS, TX - June 9, 2005 -- Henry S. Miller Holdings, Inc. has purchased 21.94 acres of land at the southwest corner of FM 423 and Eldorado Parkway.  Future plans are for retail development.  Elmwood Estates is the seller.  Chris Colombe of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.  Dan Tomlin, III of Tomlin Investments represented the seller.
