Miller Investment Banking Group is pleased to announce the closing of financing for Virginia Gardens, a 202 unit senior independent living project in McKinney, Texas.  The financing package totaled $35,887,518 and included the construction loan, permanent loan forward commitment and equity for 100% of the total project costs.  The property is located on Virginia Parkway in McKinney, Texas.  Residents will be age-restricted to 55 and over.  Roy G.
