DALLAS, TX - July 13, 2005 -- Texas Specialties, a distributor and installer of construction related products, has purchased 9,024 square feet of space located at 633 112th Street in Arlington.  The building will be used as an office/warehouse space for Texas Specialties.  The seller was Fred Buckner.  Chris Delzell of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.  Walter Floyd of NAI Stoneleigh represented the seller.
