DALLAS, TX - October 6, 2005 -- Odwalla, based in California, has just leased a 7,520 square foot space located at 1100 Valwood Parkway in Carrollton.  Odwalla distributes juice and fruit bars.  The landlord is Industrial Properties.  Nathan Denton and Carter Shillig of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Greg Hamill of Industrial Properties represented themselves.
