DALLAS, TX - November 2, 2005 -- The City of Denton has purchased 3.676 acres of land from Mayhill Denton LP.  As of now, the city has no plans for the land.  It's locale is the southeast corner of Mayhill and I-35E.  John St. Clair of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.  The City of Denton represented themselves.
