DALLAS, TX - November 2, 2005 -- Pinnacle Interior Elements, Inc. has leased 40,748 square feet of space from Duke Realty Corp.  The space is located at 1432 Wainright Way in Carrollton.  The building is called Franford Distribution Center III.  Pinnacle Interior Elements, Inc., a flooring company, will use it as a distribution center (warehouse) for their company.  Mark Hull and Brett Owens of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Duke Realty represented themselves.
