Associates Partnership.  The building is called Spring Valley Business Centre.  The address which was leased is 4360 Spring Valley Road in Farmers Branch.  This will be used as an office space for the company.  Brett Owens and Mark Hull of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord and tenant.
