Up In Smoke Leases

TX - November 2, 2005 -- Up In Smoke, a well-know
cigar/tobacco shop, has leased 1,700 square feet of space in
Uptown. The space is located at 2222 McKinney Avenue
in Dallas. The landlord is Shafer Plaza XXXV, Ltd.
This will be another retail location for the company.
Dave Valdez and Austin Fox of Henry S. Miller Commercial
represented the landlord and tenant.
