HOUSTON, TX - November 8, 2005 -- Oldham Little Church Foundation has recently leased 2,090 square feet of office space for their charitable foundation from Colonial Green, LLC.  The property is at Commerce Green One in Sugarland, Texas.  Rollie Andre and Andrew Brod of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Carl Triola, Greater Houston Commercial Property represented the landlord.
