DALLAS, TX - November 21, 2005 -- Xtreme Collision has leased 24,240 square feet of space from Kennington Properties.  The space is located at 15502 Midway in Carrollton.  Xtreme Collision is a successful auto body shop.  This will be its second location in the Metroplex.  Nathan Denton and Eric Deuillet of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Tom Lucas of Henry B. Lucas represented the landlord.
