U.S. Toy Co., Inc.
Purchases 43,643 sf
DALLAS,
TX - December 5, 2005 -- U.S. Toy Co., Inc. has
purchased a 43,643 square foot building on 3.87 acres of
land. The seller was Mercer-Robinsville, Ltd.
The building is located at 3115 Parker Road which is a
former Kroger store. The building is located at the
northwest corner of Parker Road and Independence in Plano.
U.S. Toy plans to remodel and occupy half of this space for
their store. The other half is leased out to a company
called Whirley Ball. Jerry Yoder and Peter Kosley of
Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller. Jim
Jamerson of United Commercial Realty represented the
purchaser.
