DALLAS, TX - December 10, 2005 -- Realty Capital Corporation has purchased 139 acres from Enmark Parent Corporation.  The land is located at Highway 205 and FM 549 in Rockwall.  Plans are for buyer to develop a single family development at this location.  Rick Ellis and Ray Utley of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.
