DALLAS, TX - December 15, 2005 -- Community National Bank has purchased 3.744 acres for another bank and drive thru location for their company.  The land located at 4601 Broadway in Pearland, Texas was purchased from Raymond and Dorothy Maness.  Doug Bates and Lewis Faraclan of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.  Nancy Furst of Rejean Realty represented the seller.
