DALLAS, TX - December 24, 2005 -- Mortgage Assistance Corporation recently purchased a 69,000 square foot building from Legacy Bank.  The building is located at 999 Metromedia in Dallas.  The new owner plans to redevelop the 5.5 acres and 69,000 square foot building into an office/audio visual production facility.  Jake Jordan of Henry S.
