HOUSTON, TX - January 9, 2006 -- George J. Parnham, well known Criminal Defense Attorney, has recently leased 7,000 square feet for a law office, from Lyric Centre Enterprises in the Lyric Centre at 440 Louisiana at Prairie in downtown Houston.  Mr. Parnham, and several other well respected attorneys relocated to new facilities within the Lyric Centre.  Sandy Smith of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant and Cece Garrett was the building representative for the landlord.
