DALLAS, TX - January 23, 2006 -- Geurkink Transportation leased 7,500 square feet from landlord Dallas Community Television.  The space they will occupy is located at 1253 Round Table in Dallas (I-35 and Regal Row).  Expanding business needs allowed for Geurkink Transportation to add a Dallas location.  Susan Scott and Nathan Denton of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.
