DALLAS, TX - February 2, 2006 -- Navika Capital Group purchased 123,147 square feet at I-35 and Pleasant Run in Lancaster.  The shopping center address is 3250 Pleasant Run.  The seller was ABH Number One, L.P.  Notable tenants are Cinemark Movies, Subway, Blockbuster Video, Aaron's Rents, Cici's Pizza and Ace Cash.  Current occupancy is 92%.  Sources say the purchase price was between $10 and $12 million.  Jake Jordan, Jim Leatherwood and Darrell Hurmis of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.  Steve Mancillas and Tim McNamara Cantex Realties represented the seller.
