DALLAS, TX - February 25, 2006 -- Global Sky Properties has purchased 9.87 acres of land located at the southwest corner of Academy and White Settlement in Fort Worth.  Prime Properties, Ltd. was the seller.  Global Sky will develop this into a retail center.  John Staples and Len Gerstner of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller and buyer.
