DALLAS, TX - February 25, 2006 -- 78 Lander-Miller, Ltd. has just recently purchased 2 acres for investment properties.  They are both located at Ranch Rd. in Sachse, Collin County.  There were two different sellers.  One acre was sold by Salvador Figueroa and one acre was sold by Bobby Shindler.  Tom Grunnah of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer and seller.
