DALLAS, TX - March 15, 2006 -- PDLA Partners of Dallas has recently purchased 27 acres from Surety Bank.  The land is located at 3917 Hemphill in Fort Worth.  PDLA plans to develop a mixed use property at this location.  Luis Pina of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.  Commonwealth Properties represented the buyer.
