DALLAS, TX - May 21, 2006 -- WCM Investment Co. has purchased the 224,557 square foot Village of Woodland Hills Shopping Center from a Miller Investment Partner partnership.  The Village of Woodland Hills, built in 1986 is located at S. Memorial Drive and 68th Street in Tulsa, Oklahoma and is anchored by Sun & Ski Sports, Windsor Antiques and Cinemark.  The buyer plans to reposition the shopping center.  Mark Hajdu, Robert Lamm, Vaughn Miller and Michael McAuley of Henry S. Miller Commercial all negotiated the transaction.
