DALLAS, TX - June 8, 2006 -- Ponder Property, LLC has purchased an office/warehouse of approximately 100,000 square feet situated on 23 acres of land at the southeast corner of 2449 and SH 156 in Ponder, Texas.  The seller was RMBD Properties, LP.  Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial negotiated the transaction.
