DALLAS, TX - July 12, 2006 -- Margaux Development has purchased land located at 1023 S. Cockrell Hill Rd. in Dallas from Liberado Raimundo.  The intersection is W. Jefferson and Cockrell Hill Rd. in Dallas.  The 14,400 sf (90' x 160') piece of land will be developed as a shopping center.  Estella Reynoso of Henry S. Miller Commercial handled the transaction.
