DALLAS, TX - July 12, 2006 -- Margaux Development has purchased land located at 1015 S. Cockrell Hill Rd. in Dallas.  The seller was Hector and Maria Zuniga.  The land is 20,000 sf (125'x160') that will be developed as a shopping center.  Estella Reynoso of Henry S. Miller Commercial handled the transaction.
