Jefferson and Cockrell Hill Rd. in Dallas.  The seller was Theresa Johnson.  The 25,800 sf  of land consists of three different properties.  909 Cockrell Hill Rd. in Dallas is 9,150 sf (61'x150'), 921 Cockrell Hill Rd. in Dallas is 9,150 sf (61'x150') and the third piece is 923 Cockrell Hill Rd. in Dallas and it is 7,500 sf (50'x150').  This property will be developed as a shopping center.
