Rodeo Investments Purchases 32,000 SF

DALLAS, TX - September 13, 2006 -- Rodeo Investments has purchased 32,000 square feet from ARI Investments. The space is located at 715 E. Avenue in Arlington.  This will be held as an investment property.  Chris Delzell of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.  SCM Real Estate represented the seller.
