AMLI Residential Purchases 2.5 acres

DALLAS, TX - September 21, 2006 -- AMLI Residential purchased 2.5 acres at the southwest corner of Vine Street & Howell.  The name of the property is the Quadrangle Land.  The seller is Fairfield Residential.  AMLI is planning a multi family development (315 units).  Chris Colombe of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented both parties.
