DALLAS, TX - September 22, 2006 -- Prudential Texas Properties leased 5,161 square feet of space located at 5949 Sherry Lane at Sterling Plaza Office Building.  The landlord is BF Sterling, LP. Future use is for a residential real estate office.  Jerry Yoder of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Trey Smith and Clint Madison of Capstar Commercial represented the landlord.
