Rudman Partnership Purchases 194.36 acres

DALLAS - October 7, 2006 -- Rudman Partnership has purchased 194.36 acres from Tova V. Killion.  The land will be held for investment purposes. The name of the property, located in Valley View, Texas south side of County Rd 248, is Killion 194.36. Ray Utley and Grant Brodeur of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer and seller.
