Westview Commercial L.P. Purchases 199.56 acres

DALLAS, TX - October 7, 2006 -- Westview Commercial L.P. has purchased 199.56 acres from the Barthold family.  It is located at the northwest corner of I-35 and Loop 288 in Denton.  Max Lindsay of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer and seller.
