Activar, Inc. Leases 7,500 sf

DALLAS - October 26, 2006 -- Activar, Inc. has just leased 7500 square feet from landlord, SynerMark Ave. N Ltd., at 915-A Avenue N in Grand Prairie in Texas. This is a warehouse/distribution center for Activar. Chris Delzell of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Michael Spain and Brian Pafford of Bradford Commercial represented the landlord.
