DALLAS - October 26, 2006 -- Wylie Commerce, Ltd. purchased 1.38 acres for investment purposes.  This location is prime for a future retail development.  The land is located at 902 W. Kirby (FM 544) just west of Hwy. 78 in Wylie, Collin County, Texas. The seller was Hobart Investments, Inc. Tom Grunnah of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer and seller.
