Kirkland’s Stores, Inc. leases 5,930 sf

DALLAS - November 3, 2006 -- Kirkland’s Stores, Inc. has leased 5,930 square feet from Midway LBJ Partners, Ltd. in Valley View Market at Midway and LBJ.  The Kirkland’s Stores is a furnishing, accessories and gift retail store. Henry S. Miller IV of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord. David Shelton of United Commercial Realty represented the tenant.
