Passco Companies, LLC Purchases Watersedge Apartments

DALLAS, TX - November 7, 2006 – Vance C. Miller, Chairman and CEO of Henry S. Miller Companies announces today that PASSCO Companies, LLC, a California investor, has purchased Watersedge at Legacy Apartments in Plano from Watersedge on Preston, Ltd. (a Texas Limited Partnership formed by Henry S. Miller Holdings Corporation).  This class A property located at 5000 Whitestone Lane in Plano, Texas has 300 units and is 95% occupied.
