Falles Paredes Leases 27,800 sf for Clothing Stores

HOUSTON, TX - November 21, 2006 -- Fallas Paredes has recently leased two locations, 14,800 square feet from CA NP Fixed Rate Partnership for a clothing store at Broadway Shopping Center, located at 8201 Broadway. They also leased 13,000 square feet from Richard V. Adkins, at 5305 Telephone Road.  This marks the 21st store in Houston for Fallas Paredes, their second in the southeast Houston submarket, and fifth store location in Houston for 2006.  Shawn Ackerman and Jason Gaines of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the Tenant.
