6,195 sf Leases at Southpoint Shopping Center

HOUSTON, TX - November 21, 2006 -- Nova Healthcare Management has recently leased 4,995 square feet, for therapeutic services.  Percy C. Butcher iii, DDS leased 1,200 square feet for a dental office.  The properties were leased from Southpoint Realty Partners LTD, for the Southpoint Shopping Center at I-45 and Fuqua.  Shawn Ackerman and Paul Paraskevopoulos of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the Landlord.
