4,185 sf Leases at Bissonnet Retail Center

HOUSTON, TX - November 7, 2006 -- H & R BLock has recently leased 2,773 square feet, for a tax services office.  Kim's Cafe leased 1,412 square feet, for a restaurant.  The properties were leased from Bissonnet Realty Partners in the Bissonnet Retail Center, located at 9817 Bissonnet.  Shawn Ackerman of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the Landlord.
