Sam LeComte Purchases 43,560 sf

DALLAS, TX - December 21, 2006 -- Sam LeComte purchased Block A, Lot 1 at One Twenty One Plaza Addition in Lewisville, which is a total of 43,560 square feet.  The space is located at E. Main Street, South of SH 121.  Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial handled the transaction.
