24 Hour Fitness USA, Inc. Leases 19,366 sf at Little Elm

DALLAS, TX - December 27, 2006 -- 24 Hour Fitness USA, Inc. has leased 19,366 square feet at the growing Little Elm Towne Crossing - southwest corner of FM 423 and Eldorado Parkway.  The landlord is HSM Eldorado/423, Ltd.  Dan Shoevlin and Henry S. Miller, IV represented the landlord.  Jeff Kittleson of Trammell Crow Company represented the tenant.
