DALLAS, TX - December 27, 2006 -- Quail Valley Land Co. purchased 23,088 square feet for investment purposes from seller Maxey Properties, LLC.  The space is located at 2103 N. Town East Blvd.  Collin Berg of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented both parties.
