4,613 sf Leases at Atascocita Plaza Shopping Center

HOUSTON, TX - December 5, 2006 -- H & R BLock has recently leased 2,795 square feet, for a tax services office.  Gift of Health leased 1,818 square feet, for a health food store.  The properties were leased from FPA Atascocita Associates, LP in the Atascocita Plaza Shopping Center, located at 7060 FM 1960 East, Humble, TX.  Shawn Ackerman and Jason Gaines of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the Landlord.
