HOUSTON, TX - December 5, 2006 -- Willow Creek Baptist Church, Cypress, Texas has sold 4.998 acres to Russell Petrucciani, Houston investor/developer, for an office/warehouse sight.  The space is located in Tomball, Texas.  Karen A. Laube of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the Buyer.  Sue Bonner of Coldwell Banker United represented the Seller.
