15,325 sf Leases in Northwest Village Shopping Center

HOUSTON, TX - September 27, 2006 – Healthsouth Medical Rehab Center has recently leased 7,200 square feet for their medical clinic.  The Eastern Star Buffet Sushi Bar has leased 6,600 square feet and Subway leased 1,525 square feet.  All properties were leased by VIF Northwest Village, LP for the Northwest Village Shopping Center located at Highway 290 and Jones Road.  Shawn Ackerman  of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the Landlord for Healthsouth and Brian Bacharach of Lincoln Harris the Tenant.  Ackerman and Jason Gaines represented the Landlord for Eastern Star Buffet and Anna Shen with Countrywide Properties represented the Tenant.  Ackerman also represented the Landlord for the Subway lease.
