DALLAS, TX - May 19, 2006 -- Culver Metals, a manufacturer and distributor of sheet metal, purchased a 62,000 square foot building on 5 acres at 911 S. 5th Avenue in Mansfield, Texas. Culver plans to relocate to the site from their existing location in Mansfield, they will be occupying 20,000 square feet of the building and leasing out the remaining 40,000 square feet and will retain ownership of the entire building for future expansion.
